If a product fails to meet a Consumer Guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or a refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you are entitled to though will depend on whether the issue is minor or major.
If you have a minor problem with the product, Warners Fine Jewellery can choose to offer a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. If you have a major problem with a product then you are entitled to ask for your choice of replacement or refund. Warners Fine Jewellery is not responsible for any damage incurred to products by owners after the point of sale.
Shipping and Delivery:
We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping is free of charge for all jewellery purchases dispatched to an Australian address. For all other products the exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (after receiving confirmation of ring size, if a ring is purchased) and delivery can be expected within 5-10 days depending on location. All items shipped through Australia Post will require Signature on Delivery and will have Extra Cover (insurance) relevant to the cost of the product.
Warners Fine Jewellery ship goods Australia wide using the Australia Post network. At this time, however, we do not accept international orders through our website although we welcome international customers.
